How to join a Breed Council

Within FIFe there is a Breed Council for each of the recognised breeds and membership is drawn from all individual members of FIFe Member Organisations.

To find out more about the Breed Councils visit the FIFe site, go to the drop down menu on the side for ‘Breeds’ and then the drop down menu to ‘Councils and Clubs.’

If you find that you qualify and would like to join the relevant Council for your breed, you can download a form, complete it and then send it to your club. Your club will verify the details, stamp it officially and forward it via, the FB General Secretary, to the FIFe. The fee, which is currently euros 10.00 should also be forwarded to your club whose responsibility it is to pay it to FB. You can either send this in euros or in sterling which, at present, is about £7.00.

You will be contacted by the secretary of your Breed Council and probably invited to join the Breed Council list where matters relevant to your breed within FIFe will be discussed.
